According to statistics every one person out of three in the US suffers from obesity. This situation is similar in other countries too. Obesity is a body mass index disorder (BMI), which occurs in the body leading towards overweight and morbid obesity.

Be careful because this is a passive disease that does not show any symptoms or effects at the beginning. One might notice a bit of weight increase every now and then, however since it doesnt show a particular harmful effect people do not take care of obesity at early stages.

After having gained some kilos people start thinking on diets and weight loss. However, weight once gained cant be shred so easily and if you dont stop or do something about it you could suffer from a morbid obesity and have many other diseases like hypertension, cholesterol problems and heart attacks. Sometimes it could only be treated by an obesity surgery.
To gain weight just do nothing and eat well and you would get as many kilos as you want and on the contrary to lose weight one has to fight a lot. By the time they start thinking about the measures to reduce weight it becomes too late. So understanding the pros and cons of obesity is very important to your health.

A maintained and healthy routine can give you an effective result provided that it is followed constantly. Although there are many weight reducing strategies in the market the most popular and reliable source of weight loss today are weight loss pills which act as an appetite suppressant. But dont be nave, it could have side effects.

According to the World Health Organization obesity has now reached epidemic proportions in many Western countries.
In the United States, one of the highest rates of obesity in the world, about 127 million adults are now overweight and no fewer than 60 million adults are classified as being obese or and if this were not bad enough, 9 million American adults are classified as having morbid obesity.
