Congestive heart failure, or CHF, is among the most commonly found chronic diseases in America. Almost five million people suffer from this disease, and 500,000 others develop CHF every year. This illness can be slightly problematic, or it can become disabling and impair normal life.

The Flash method is also very helpful to people who are struggling to overcome depression. The Flash technique programs the brain to instantaneously use the negative thoughts that are causing anxiety and depression, as triggers for positive perspectives that stimulate relaxation and tranquility. Over time, people usually become almost unable to have negative thoughts!
Summary: People with congestive heart failure typically encounter depression because of grieving over decline of their physical health and well-being. Other components that sometimes contribute to depression include medicines and financial stresses.
